With the assistance of the Ocean Oaks interior designer and home staging team, we help sellers and Realtors having trouble selling their homes / listings. As these homes are not as appealing to buyers as they should be, they sit on the market without a sale, or only receive lowball offers.
Our interior designer, LR Slade, will review any comments from previous viewings (if available) and the current state of the home with homeowners and/or Realtors, and evaluate troubled areas of the home. Ocean Oaks can help to repair, minimize and re-design issues, so the home becomes more desirable to current buyers.
These improvements can include painting, decluttering, de-personalizing and reorganizing. If there are excess furnishings they will be removed, then either remaining furnishings and decor items to remain in the home are utilized to create a buyer-friendly design, or additional furnishings may be brought in.
We also work with homeowners and their Realtors to prepare the home before listing on the MLS for a quick sale while on the market. Improvements can include painting, decluttering, de-personalizing and reorganizing, and utilizing or updating decor as needed.
Once improvements are made, we recommend that a professional Open House is conducted so potential buyers can see your home in its best light!
